Hello! I am a Post-Doctoral Scholar at the Evans Policy Analysis and Research (EPAR) Group at the University of Washington, Seattle. I conduct research on climate resilience of small-scale producers in Sub-Saharan Africa an South Asia, with a focus on gendered impacts of climate change in agriculture. In addition to research, I manage a portion of the EVITA portfolio, which tracks ongoing evaluations funded by the Gates Foundation.
Before joining EPAR, I received my PhD in Applied Economics from Cornell University for my thesis titled "Digitization of Rural India and the Agricultural Sector". I am interested in the intersection of internet expansion, gender and climate resilience in developing, rural communities. I earned a Bachelors in Economics with a double minor in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Hong Kong.
